25D Global Transfer Processing for Accruals Based on Hours Worked

Summary:

When an employee is transferred, their accrual balances are either carried forward into new plan enrollments or disbursed. However, if a time card is entered and approved for a period that includes the transfer date, the application calculates an additional accrual amount for the original plan enrollment. Once the accruals are updated for the plan enrollment with an end date, the application automatically voids the original global transfer transactions, posts the updated accrual, and re-executes the transfer process.
