Is it possible to default rating field in Overall Summary to a specific rating?

Summary:

Our performance templates have manual section rating enabled. We're not using calculated ratings or star ratings. In our current process, employees and managers have to manually select a rating within the "Overall Summary" section when completing their performance document. Is it possible to configure or use a fast formula to default the "Overall Summary" rating field to a specific value?
