Employees check ins not visible in the morning

in Performance Management

Hi,

Has any came across that when a one up manager had a position change which caused the manager and their direct reports to loss check ins visibility in the morning?

Visibility is restored in the afternoon.

Is this a bug?

Currently on 26A and using Redwood
