Hide rating levels name in overall summary via Visual Builder

Hi Team,

the client has asked us to check if it is possible, using Visual Builder, to hide the rating levels name that appears in the Overall Summary section of performance documents ("Manager: Parzialmente adeguato"), but only for specific performance documents.

It seems to us that this might not be feasible. Has anyone been able to achieve this?
