Approval Failed - Error "BPEL_FAULT" after approvers approved

in Workforce Management

Hi Team,

There is a Change Manager task have been initiated by a HR who is also the second approver in the flow. Though first level and third level approvers approved, the transaction is failed with description "JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000017035627 ] in ActionOccurrencesEO"

Please advise for any solutions
