Forms and Plugin Label Column is missing from screen

Summary:

Hi Team,

We used to have Label Column in Forms and Plugins Screen but not is missing. It was helping us in differentiating between different plugins as we had used same name "Activity Details" but different label.

Is it possible to get the label column back?

I know we can click on buttons configured and find the label name but we have to click on each and every plugin to get the label name when we have same name for all the plugins i.e. "Activity Details".

In below screenshot you will find different names but that we changed recently after the label field got missing from the screen.
