Redwood - Hide Edit and Delete option for Give Feedback

We want to hide the edit and delete option for 'Feedback given to others' from feedback center page in redwood. Is there is any way we can remove this access for the feedback provider.

On the Role level as employee only has access to ORA_HRT_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_PERSON_NOTES and ORA_HRT_VIEW_HCM_PERSON_NOTE

privilege and does not have delete notes privileges -ORA_HRT_DELETE_PERSON_NOTE.

Also checked the VBCS page properties and there also cannot find any option to hide these fields.
