Print AR invoices if Delivery method is XML

Summary:

If the customer account level delivery method is Paper/Email and we need to use CMK functionality and for that we need to make method as XML, so in that case how both the functionality will work like sending xml transaction as well as printing pdf copies. Note - We don't have site level configuration only customer account is setup with delivery method.
