Is it possible to add a custom text box in redwood check-in document page?

Hello,

We have a requirement to add a custom text box inside check-in document page. The purpose of this box is to use as an overall summary section which is similar to performance document so that both managers and employees can fill it up after their discussion is complete. This will help them to use it as a reference instead of going through multiple progress notes added throughout the check in. Could you please let me know if this is something that can be done through VBS? If so, kindly provide steps with screenshots as well..I have explored the dynamic components
