How to link goals in a question LOV of a questionnaire?

Hello Team,

We have a requirement to add a question to select goals of an employee while requesting for the requested feedback.

For example: If a person requests for feedback, the questionnaire should display a radio button where all individual goals are displayed. This lov values will differ from person to person as goals are not same for everyone.

We want to populate goals in lov of the questionnaire and want to display on the request feedback page for the requestor to select the goal.

Can anyone please provide a solution/ feasibility to achieve this requirement.
