How to restrict access to edit or add operations in work order for specific Inventory Orgnaization

Summary:

We have a requirement to restrict the manufacturing team form editing the items at work orders level , we have made it through the sandbox, but we have an issue as this screen is shared among all orgnaizations as well as maintenance organization, How we can do this restriction only on the one manufacturing organization as we do not need same feature in the maintenance for same organization.
