Can the Override Expense Account Allocation privilege display only the Cost Center segment?

Summary:

When the Override Expense Account Allocation privilege is granted to a user, the user can view and change the Company and Cost Center segments on their expense reports. We have a requirement that users be allowed only to see the Cost Center segment. Is there a way to either display only the Cost Center segment or show both, with the Company segment grayed out?
