Summary: We seem to be experiencing some rates planning to carriers where the weighted cost is no longer considered. In our scenario, we have 3 carriers with overlapping O/D pairings. But the shipment is not planning to the lowest weighted cost carrier. Is this a reported issue? Or is there any parameter set that may need to be adjusted that changed for 26A?
