Compensatory off absence implementation

Summary:

Hi Oracle Team,

We want to implement a comp-off absence process in our organization, and I have tried the following approach:

Created 2 absence plans and 2 absence types (both with no entitlements):
Absence Type 1 (On Duty): Used when an employee works on a non-working day.
Absence Type 2 (Comp Off): Used to utilize the comp-off.

Steps followed:

The employee applies for On Duty for the day they worked.
After manager approval of the On Duty request, the employee applies for Comp Off and selects the On Duty dates in the context segment (enabled in the Comp Off type using a value set based on On Duty absence entries).
