Show Different Service Request Status Values for Different Business Units

We have a requirement in Oracle CX Service to control Service Request statuses based on Business Unit.

For example:

  • If the Business Unit is X, the SR status dropdown should only display statuses 1, 2, 3.
  • If the Business Unit is Y, the SR status dropdown should only display statuses 4, 5, 6.

Is it possible to restrict or display SR statuses based on Business Unit in Oracle Fusion Service?
