OTM Integration Rest API export request issue--Limited no. of records

Summary:

Dear All,
We are trying to export the data from OTM database to 
for building the report.We need help with setting up the asynchronous approach to pull the data.
The sync apis has a limitation of 1 Mb and for larger objects like Shipment, ShipmentStop, ShipmentStatus etc this is creating issues while pulling data from 1st Jan 2025,We tried the partSize approach (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/transportation/26b/otmro/using-part-limits.html), but it also has similar limitation of 1 MB.
Could you please suggest how we can increase the limit
