Attachments added within a Performance Document to be stored/synced back into Document Records?

Hi Team,

We are currently implementing Oracle HCM Performance Management for our client and have a requirement related to the Training Log process.

Requirement: During the Training Log process, users need to be able to attach files/documents within a Performance Document. The expectation is that these attachments will ultimately be stored back into the Document Records module automatically.

Query: We would like to confirm the following:

1. Is it possible for attachments added within a Performance Document to be stored/synced back into Document Records?
2. If yes, what is the configuration or technical steps required to achieve this?
3. If this is not supported as standard functionality, is there any
