IAM domains moved compartments without our knowledge

in OCI - General

Three of the backend domains that support our Cloud Fusion environments have been moved by the vendor. We initially moved the domains to align with our compartment structure, but Oracle looks to have moved three of our domains to the OracleIdentityCloudService Domain. Did this happen to anyone else. I'm wondering if this is the vendor moving items around in preparation for the IAM upgrade activities?
