Oracle Maps – Mileage Inaccuracies and Roadmap for Improvements?

Summary:

We had initially planned to enforce the use of Oracle Maps for mileage standardization. However, given the current inconsistencies and occasionally invalid routing, this is not a viable option.

Does anyone have a viable alternative, or know when Oracle is planning on updating the Maps?

We are not on Touchless Expenses. No simple Expense tag available.

We are encountering significant issues with the accuracy and reliability of the calculated routes and distances.

From a business perspective, this presents a serious risk. We have a large population of union drivers submitting mileage through Expenses, and inaccurate mileage calculations could expose us to formal grievances or compliance challenges.
