Compensation Zone Not Updating for Some Employees After Import

Hello Experts,

I recently imported to a Compensation Zone using the Import Management tool. The import completed successfully, and all the compensation zone are visible from the UI, and Compensation Zone assignment updated correctly for some employees. However, for a subset of employees, the Compensation Zone is not updating, even though the same file and same zone values were used.

I would like to understand why the behavior is inconsistent and what checks are required to ensure the Compensation Zone updates for all employees.
