Is it possible to link grade step to grade rate

Summary:

Hi,

I'd like to link a grade rate (Salary Min, Max and Midpoint) to every single grade step instead of the overall grade, I tried but it seems the system, using grade ladders, let me insert for each grade step only the value the the system would use to automatically increase the salary.

Do you know if there's another standard way to achieve this?
