How to configure parameter set to min cost and max utilization (capacity limit and rate quality)
I am trying to plan some order releases, but the planning results are not as expected.
My configuration uses daily capacity limits for specific Service Providers, applied only to specific Equipment. In addition, Rate Records are linked to Rate Qualities and Equipment Groups.
The expected behavior is that planning should:
- Prioritize equipment and service providers based on Rate Quality.
- Respect the Service Provider daily capacity limits by Equipment Type and Lane.
- Optimize equipment utilization (maximize weight/volume usage)
