how to close enrollment window after the default enrollment formula is executed

Summary:

For divorce Life event ,

the requirement is once the defaults are applied , The employee should not have opportunity to change any enrollment.

To Achieve this i have done the below setup:

Observation:

The enrollment period end date : works same if I provide Event date or 1 day before event

Enrollment window : 1 day is still availble.

Can any one suggest how can I close the enrollment window once the life event is evaluated.
