Leave transaction reassigned by Web Services Application Identify for HCM

An approver will be terminated in the future. After the approval path of the termination is completed in Mar 2026, approver received an email about absence request (Submitting Date was Jan 2025) on the same date. After checking the approval history, it was reassigned by Web Services Application Identify for HCM. We want to understand that:

1. Why Web Services Application Identify for HCM reassign the record? (Is there any configuration)

2. Client claims that he doesn't reject the transaction. (Is there any configuration)
