In Redwood Restrict submission of multiple Individual Compensation plans in the same request

Hi Team,

We enabled Redwood for Individual Compensation Plans using the profile option ORA_CMP_INDIVIDUAL_COMPENSATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED. After enabling it, we are having a problem:
The Save button is now visible again on the ICP page. This is standard behavior, but it causes a problem—Employee can add multiple ICP’s in the same transaction and then submit them together in one single approval transaction.
If employee adds multiple ICP’s in the same transaction it is the expected behavior that approvers get clubbed.

Business Requirement:

Our customer does not want users to submit multiple ICPs in single transaction. In the Classic ICP page, this was handled by disabling the Save button, leaving only Submit, so employees could submit only one ICP at a time. This customization still works in Classic.
