Proof of Good Health EOI pending action stays approved

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement for ongoing events where if a person is increasing his coverage amount for the 'Voluntray Plans', he has to provide the EOI.

For example:

Current coverage: $200,000 - EOI already approved.

New Coverage: $210,000 - Pending action triggered with previous amount as suspended.

For the new coverage, the pending action for EOI is triggered but shows as approved where we can only add the recieved date and details that were loaded previously cannot be changed.

As per the requirement, the employee must provide a fresh EOI proof whenever he increases his coverage.

Is this an Oracle functionality or there is something wrong with the configuration?
