How to Hide Development Goal Library within Talent Pool

Summary:

Goal library is not being used. We have hidden through VBS the goal library in all places, except for the Talent Pool. There does not seem to be an option to hide the goal library when adding a development goal within the Talent Pool unless there is something I am missing. Is this possible to do or planned for the future?
