Quantity Not Populating on Credit Memo Service Mapping & Algorithm Configured)

Question:

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue where quantity is not populating on Credit Memo lines, while it is correctly getting populated on Invoice lines.

I have already performed the following configurations:

• Updated Manage Service Mapping
• Modified Manage Algorithms (for AR Interface / Billing)

However, despite these changes, the quantity is still not getting populated on the Credit Memo, whereas the same logic is working fine for Invoice line generation.

Observation:

• Invoice Line → Quantity is populated correctly
• Credit Memo Line → Quantity is NOT populated

Ask:

• Is there any additional configuration required specifically for Credit Memo?
• Do Credit Memo lines use a different mapping/algorithm than Invoice?
