Hi Team, please can you advise on how we can add a support identifier to our own Oracle account to raise SRs for the client during the project please? My client is live with Oracle and their internal product team provided us the Support Identifier so that we can raise SRs with Oracle during the project. However, since the new UI for Oracle Support got launched, I have been struggling to add a new support identifier and user group to my account. please could someone share some step by step guides.
