Expose Risk of Loss Reason in Talent Review Meeting

Summary:

In the ‘Talent Ratings’ tab, a HR Specialist or Manager can update the Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss and include a Reason and Comment. This reason is very useful information and we wanted to understand if/how it could be made visible/updatable during the Talent Review Meeting – ideally, updatable by the HR Specialist.

For example, if during a Talent Review Meeting, a HR Specialist wants to update a person’s risk of loss to High due to being at high risk of Retirement, we’d like to view/update the reason, or be able to add a reason during the discussion, as it will be a different discussion compared to if a person is a high risk of loss due to Performance.
