Employees can enter partial day for absence in timecards and not in absence

Hi,

We have configured some absence types to not have partial days when logging absence. This is working fine when employees log absence from absence management. However, if they log the absence from timecards then they are allowed to enter partial days and system does not restrict.

Could anyone advise on the workaround for this.
