Can we show that employee refused to sign Performance Document,when HR bypassed employee signature.

We have a requirement from a Customer-

In Oracle Fusion Performance Management – They have a performance document called corrective action form and HR is able to bypass signatures for employees on the backend. When they bypass employee signature, it looks like the employees signed it. They need to be able to show that the employee refused to sign.

Steps performed by HR or Line Manager :

Performance Documents > Actions (Move Task Forward) > Move Forward to Task (Skip to Manager Acknowledges) > Submit > Print Corrective Action CY25 Document

In Signatures Worker and Date is filled. Can we display them as Blank or any other approach to display a Statement based on HR/Manager Move Task Forward.
