Global Model - Determine Compensation Amount

Summary:

We are using global model to determine compensation amount for component 1 (merit). When I test the model, I can see that the amount is correct, ie., percentage of eligible salary % multiplied by the hourly rate. Example if percentage of eligible salary is 2.15%, and the hourly rate is 17.72, the amount it's showing in the model is .38 cents. After applying the model, when I check the worksheet, the compensation amount field is showing an annualized value (871.68 ⇒ .38098

x 44 hrs x 52) - why is it doing this? I don't have any dynamic calculation on the compensation amount - component 1 field and the plan frequency = hourly. Pls help?
