add absence page - rename start date duration

Summary:

Hi All ,

Requirement :

personal hours Absence Type : "start date duration" to be renamed to "number of hours"

and also start and end time of the absence taken to be displayed on the page

Example : Employee selects 2 hours - We want 2 additional fields next to "Start Date Duration"

start time = 9:00

End time= 11:00

Please help suggestion how we can achieve this
