Implement Auto Cash out for Absence
Summary:I am looking for guidance on implementing Auto Cash Out for one of my absence plans. The requirement is that unused absence accruals should be automatically cashed out every 6 months.
Is this achievable? If yes, where should this configuration be done?
I explored the Carryover feature, but it only supports yearly processing—either on the anniversary date or hire date. In the Cash Out fast formula, I noticed we can define Auto Cash Out, but I’m not sure how to make it run on a 6‑month cycle.
Could you please advise on how this can be implemented?
