Brazil Boleto Accounts Receivables

Hi Team,

We need to issue boletos to customers and would like to understand the recommended approach for this process.

As we understand, once the remittance batches are formatted, the program “Boleto e Remessa Bancária – Bank of America” (in our case bank os BoFA) is executed to generate the boletos. In our case, this would include generating the typeable line and barcode.

We plan to send the issuance details to Bank of America via API, and the bank will acknowledge once the boleto has been successfully registered.

We understand that boletos should not be issued to customers until confirmation is received from the bank.
