Event Details To Capture Order Revision Submission

Summary:

We have a requirement like whenever order revision is submitted(by updating line qty/adding new line/delete exisisting line/po number update on header details) we want to trigger a custom OIC integration . we can configure the custom integration details in "Manage External Interface Web Service Details".

How can we achieve this through business events. Any suggestions.

Tried with "Manage Business Event Trigger Points —>Order Header Status Update" but it is not triggering the event all the times when order revision submitted. Observed we are getting at first time only.
