Canada Quebec "Revoke Benecificiary" checkbox missing

Summary:

The Canada Quebec beneficiary form has a check box for "Revocable beneficiary" and existing "Change Beneficiaries" redwood page doesn't have option for an extension i.e. enable DFF field verified before 26A. 

VBCS access is restricted and no need to explore this in our PODS.
