Hello everyone,

We are analyzing the standard features provided by Oracle for journey configuration.

We need to recreate a journey to develop a request process for an employee.

Specifically, through a form contained in one task, the employee can enter information. On the second task, the person should be able to modify the information in the fields previously entered by the employee.

Do you think there is a way to retrieve previously entered information on the second task and, if necessary, modify it moving forward?

Could you provide us with more information on how we could manage this configuration?
