How to hide specific question for employee in questionnaires in performance document.

Dear Experts,

We need to hide one sensitive question and answer for employee , which manager given sensitive information about his reports in performance document at manager evaluation page level.

Ex:-

Once Performance document is completed , employee can print the document there employee can able to see the all comments of his manager except one question and comment.

In Manager evaluation page have the below Questionnaires section
