ESS job to create index and initial OSCS ingest ends in status "terminal state."

Summary: Post P2T, as per Refresh Indexes After P2T (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/faeos/run-initial-data-ingestion.html#Run-the-Initial-Data-Ingestion), we ran ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS process and it is ending in Status Description "The request has completed and is in a terminal state."

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Navigate to Tools—>Scheduled Processes
  2. Run Scheduled Process "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with specific index such as fa-hcm-person

Result: Process completes as "Succeeded", but the Status Details—>Status Description is "The request has completed and is in a terminal state."
