Unable to Create Repair WO for Non-Serialized Items(Asset Tracked) via RMA from Order Management

We are facing an issue while attempting to create Repair Work Orders for non-serialized items using the "Create an RMA from Order Management" option in Oracle Fusion Depot Repair.

As per standard functionality, an RMA created in Order Management should appear in the Manage Depot Repair page, enabling further processing for repair activities. However, in our case, RMAs created for non-serialized items (both referenced and non-referenced), even after completing the RMA receipt and the line appearing in Depot Repair. The asset information is blank, preventing the creation of a repair work order.
