Hello Community,

We are currently implementing the standard AI Agents for Absence Management:

  1. Leave and Absence Analyst
  2. Leave and Absence Analyst - My Team
  3. Leave and Absence Policy Advisor

While these agents provide great value, we are noticing a recurring challenge with query sensitivity. Often, the agent fails to understand a natural language question on the first attempt but provides the correct answer when the same question is slightly rephrased.

Example of the issue:

  • User asks: "What is my current holiday count?" → Agent: "I'm sorry, I don't understand the request."
  • User rephrases:

Howdy, Stranger!
