Hello Community,
We are currently implementing the standard AI Agents for Absence Management:
- Leave and Absence Analyst
- Leave and Absence Analyst - My Team
- Leave and Absence Policy Advisor
While these agents provide great value, we are noticing a recurring challenge with query sensitivity. Often, the agent fails to understand a natural language question on the first attempt but provides the correct answer when the same question is slightly rephrased.
Example of the issue:
