Make edit not possible for work schedule

Summary:

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement if the user has entered a work schedule (below screenshot: Salaried 8 Hour Schedule with specific start and end date), then the user should not be allowed to update it. Only the user should be able to enter a new row. The editing of name should be blanked out.

Is there any way we can achieve this requirement ? If yes, please guide us.
