Absence Balances Not Transferring via Redwood Global Transfer Page

We are experiencing an intermittent issue when processing Global Transfers via the Redwood Global Transfer page.
While the transaction itself completes successfully and the new assignment is created, the absence records and accrual balances from the previous Legal Employer sometimes fail to transfer. In some cases, the transfer works perfectly and balances carry over, but in others (this is our second time facing this issue), the balances do not carry over at all.
Scenario Details:
- Action: Global Transfer (Executed via the Redwood UI)
- Behavior: Intermittent (Sometimes successful, sometimes fails completely)
- Status on Previous Assignment (Source LE): Correctly updated to
