Absence Approval Workflow BPM Expiration Setup

Summary:

If a request for annual leave is not approved within 3 days, it should be automatically approved. To this end, I made the following setup in BPM and the absence type, but the leave is not being automatically approved. Is there a step I’m missing or forgot?
(I set the duration to 5 minutes so I could test it)
