Potential Assessment: using decimals

Our customer is using a potential assessment which shows an average score (rather than a sum). The potential questionnaire is a sum-based questionnaire which cannot be changed at this time. The sum is meaningless to our customer's manager population, so we're looking to get creative. As a workaround we created a potential assessment rating model using decimals. The questionnaire has 5 questions, so rather than using whole number we use the rating level divided by the number of questions (so 1 becomes 0.2, 2 becomes 0.4 etc).
