Summary:

We have imported data Service Request object (most of them are in status resolved)
now i want to add Milestone for these imported SR.

I tried creating one custom milestone via Rest API - it was not displaying in the UI

based on some standard coverages the Milestone is getting linked when SR is created manually in the SR creation page.

but not when the SR is imported

and what is the unique ley for SR Milestone.


any suggestions would be appreciated.
