Issue with Approve the goals (HRG‑3120004)

in Performance Management

Hi,

I am trying to approve the goals from the task “Administer Performance Goals: Pending Goal Plans” via the path
My Client Groups > Goals > Administer Performance Goals: Pending Goal Plans,
but I am receiving the following error message for some employees:
“You can't create a goal plan period for a goal plan that doesn't exist. (HRG‑3120004)”
How can this issue be resolved?
