Why are we not able to see CAD in the drop-down of currency code OOTB field in custom object?

We are unable to see any other currency other than USD in the drop-down list of Currency Code field in Custom Objects. We have CAD enable and also start date is given. The conversion rates are also there in the system. Please help us navigate through this issue.
